Floral orders require 2-3 business days for processing. We will reach out after receiving your order to set up a delivery date. For short notice or custom orders, please email maddie@golladayfloral.com to see if we are able to accommodate. Custom orders begin at $150.
Price includes vase. Pickup in the Houston Heights is free (address given at purchase). We charge a $15 delivery fee and deliver within Beltway 8 in Houston between the hours of 8am-5pm.
We recommend having us deliver to the office if you're not sure if the recipient will be home. We always put deliveries in the shade, when possible, but we can't guarantee they'll be looking their best if they sit out all day. Please leave us with the recipients phone number, and we'll send them a text after we deliver.
FLOWER CARE
To keep your flowers fresh and thriving, make sure to refill water every 1-2 days and keep out of direct sunlight.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All flowers are checked for quality before pickup or delivery. We do not accept refunds or returns. Please make sure water levels are adequate when receiving flowers and refill as necessary.
